How To Access the Hosted Server with KVM-over-IP Device Remotely?

Problem

Sometimes your dedicated server is down and you can not reach the server via RDP while rebooted the server . KVM-over-IP Device is an useful tool to get your server's screen and control your server.

Note:1) KVM-over-IP Device works for different dedicated servers, Please open a support ticket to request us to install it for you while you need it.
2) To avoid certificate warnings or error . Please Download and Install our root public certificate.

Solution

Step 1 Install Java platform support

If you are using this KVM tool first and your computer has not installed Java plugin for your browser, Please download and install it from https://kvm.databasemart.com

Step 2 Login our KVM site

1) Please access https://kvm.databasemart.com
2) Input Username and password
3) Click Login

Step 3 Login and get the control panel

Step 4 Start to manager your server

At the control panel page, Click the PGN Screenshot, You will go into LakotaKVM manage panel.

Step 5 Click Ctrl+Alt+Delete and login your windows operator system
