Customer Story: Running OBS + Multi-Stream Setup on GPU P600 Server

I was searching for a GPU server to handle both gaming-related tasks and social media account management. Application Scenario

My primary use case involves YouTube and Twitch account management with a strong focus on live streaming. I installed the latest versions of OBS Studio and Google Chrome to handle broadcasting and content uploads.
Sometimes, I run 2–3 concurrent live streams on the same GPU P600 server, and the performance remains smooth. Even under heavy load, the system handles my streams without lag, allowing for real-time interaction with viewers.

Deployment Process

The server comes with Windows OS, which I selected during purchase. I also had the option to use Windows OS, and DBM staff can assist with changing the OS if needed. Once the server was ready, I proceeded with the setup steps:
1. Installed the latest NVIDIA graphics driver from the official website.
2. Installed Google Chrome for browsing and managing YouTube accounts.
3. Installed the latest OBS Studio for live streaming to Twitch and YouTube.
4. Configured OBS for 1920×1080 resolution at 60 FPS using the H.264 codec.

Performance Review

Performance is excellent. Even when running three simultaneous live streams, CPU usage only reached around 40%, and the server operated without any stuttering or dropped frames. Based on the stability and performance, I believe I could handle five live streams at once without issues.

Network Performance

Very fast connection and low latency — ideal for live streaming.

Optimization Tips

Always install the latest GPU drivers. Without the update, CPU usage was abnormally high, causing lag and performance issues. After updating the NVIDIA driver, CPU usage dropped significantly, and the server became extremely responsive.

Notes & Troubleshooting

Issue: High CPU usage at first use.
Solution: At first, my CPU usage stayed above 40%, which seemed abnormal. After consulting DBM support, I installed the latest NVIDIA GPU driver, which reduced CPU usage from ~40% to 2–3% and resolved all performance problems.

Conclusion & Recommendations

If you are working on social media management or live streaming, ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date. This single step can prevent high CPU usage and ensure smooth performance. The Lite GPU Dedicated Server - P600 is capable of running multiple concurrent live streams with stable quality. I am extremely satisfied with its speed, performance, and reliability.

Why Choose DBM?

First of all, Database Mart servers are amazing and the dedicated IP address is a great choice for every customer. I tested many other providers such as Google Cloud, Amazon, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud, but their IPs are very poor and often blacklisted, while Database Mart always provides very clean IPs. The second thing is the price is very low compared to other providers, and Database Mart servers offer very high performance. The live support team is awesome — they always help me, reply politely, take any issue very seriously, and always provide solutions. So overall, my experience on this website is amazing, and I always recommend it to all my friends.
