3. How does the Black Friday server promotion code work?
If you place a VPS order, you can see the discounted price right after clicking the “Order Now” button.
If it's a dedicated server order, you will see the discounted price at step 3.
Step 1: Click the “Order Now” button to the Configure page.
Step 2: Click “Continue” on the Configure page.
Step 3: You can see the DBM Black Friday server discount has been automatically applied to your order on the Review & Checkout page.
4. How many servers can I buy for each plan with DBM Black Friday server discount?
There are no limits to the number of VPS Plans. For dedicated servers (GPU server & Bare Metal Server), the discount will be valid only once for each plan. For example, if you placed a professional Bare Metal and two Basic GPU orders, one of the Basic GPU orders stays original price.
5. What's the price of server renewal?
DBM Black Friday server promotion is a life-time deal as long as the service will have not been terminated. In other words, you will enjoy the same discount when renewal.
6. Can I enjoy the promotional discount for my existing server?
Unfortunately, DBM Black Friday server discounts are only available for new orders. However, if you renew the existing server during the campaign period, you will enjoy the discounted price as well.
7. Will the discount remain if I upgrade/downgrade the plan after the Black Friday Sale?
No, the discount will not be valid if the target plan is excluded from the Black Friday Sale.
8. What payment methods do you accept for Black Friday hosting deals?
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Wire Transfer and Check. If you use a non-instant form of payment, your service deployment will be delayed until the payment clears. Wire Transfer must be over $100. The paper check is for US clients only.
9. Will DBM Black Friday web hosting discount be applied to all Billing cycles?
Yes. The 2 year Billing cycle achieves the top discount and there is a small deduction of discount for the rest of Billing cycles. Whereas, 3 or 6 months Billing cycle would also be a great choice.
10. How long will it take to set up my server?
According to the stock status, the delivery time for Black Friday VPS servers is usually 1-2 hours (within 30 minutes in most cases). Black Friday dedicated servers need 4-48 preparation hours.

You can add a “3-day free trial” note with orders. Please note that dedicated servers are temporarily unavailable for free trial due to tight inventory.
