The Auction Promotion runs from June 24th to July 8th, featuring exclusive auction prices on various plans.
2. How many servers can I buy with the July 4th Auction Promotion?
Limited to 10 servers for VPS plans and 3 servers for dedicated server plans. If you require bulk purchasing, please contact our sales team for a unique discount arrangement.
3. What is the renewal price for a server bought during the July 4th Auction Promotion?
Auction servers are offered at a lifetime discount until the service is terminated. This means you will enjoy the same discounted rate upon renewal.
4. Can I get the auction discount for my existing server?
Unfortunately, July 4th Auction discounts are only available for new orders. However, you can contact our sales team to inquire about special renewal discounts.
5. Will the discount remain if I upgrade/downgrade the plan after the July 4th Auction promotion?
No, the discount will not be valid if the target plan is excluded from the July 4th Sale.
6. What payment methods do you accept for the July 4th Auction Promotion?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Check. Note that non-instant payment methods will delay service deployment until the payment clears. Wire Transfers must be over $100. Paper checks are only for U.S. clients.

Typically, VPS setup takes 1-10 minutes, and Dedicated Server setup takes 20-40 minutes. Please note that in case of server inventory shortages, there may be a waiting period of up to 48 hours.
8. Is the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to all products?
No, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies to VPS hosting services. If you are not satisfied with the VPS hosting server, we will issue a refund for the hosting service fee within the first 30 days since your billing account was registered. Other services, such as dedicated servers, GPU servers, and shared hosting, are not included in the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
