Promoting Your Affiliate Links

Promoting your affiliate links can be done in many ways. You can spread your affiliate links through any possible channels, helping us share the products and services you trust with more people.

1. Embedding Links on Your Website

Integrate your affiliate links into your blog or business website. This approach allows visitors who are already interested in your content to easily access and purchase the products or services you recommend.

2. Sharing on Social Media

Post your affiliate links on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. This helps you reach a broader audience and drive more traffic to your affiliate links, increasing the likelihood of conversions.

3. Email Marketing

Send out emails to your subscribers with valuable information and include your affiliate links. This direct communication method can effectively inform potential customers about the products or services you are promoting and encourage them to make a purchase.

4. Creating Custom Landing Pages

Design custom landing pages tailored to specific products or customer needs. This targeted approach can increase conversion rates by providing a more personalized experience for potential buyers.

5. Writing Product Reviews

Write detailed reviews about the products or services you are promoting and include your affiliate links. Reviews help build trust with your audience and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

6. Participating in Online Forums and Communities

Engage in discussions on relevant online forums and communities, and share your affiliate links when appropriate. Providing valuable insights and recommendations can establish you as a trusted source, leading to more clicks on your links.

7. Utilizing Pay-Per-Click Advertising

Use pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to promote your affiliate links. This method can drive targeted traffic to your links quickly and increase your chances of earning commissions.

Tracking the Performance of Your Affiliate Links

Once you start sharing your affiliate links, you can track your promotion's performance through the affiliate dashboard.

Tracking the Performance of Your Affiliate Links

Here are some key metrics displayed in the dashboard:
Link Hits: Number of clicks on your affiliate links.
Referral Orders: Number of valid orders placed through your links.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of clicks that resulted in orders.

Evaluating Commissions

When a user clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase, the order is tracked. Commissions are earned once the order is active for 40+ days.
There are five Commission statuses:

Pending: This status indicates that the order is still within the initial 40-day period required for the commission to be validated. During this time, the order is being monitored to ensure it meets all criteria.
Invalid: An order marked as invalid means that it either has been canceled or does not meet the necessary conditions to earn a commission. This could be due to various reasons, such as order cancellation or other eligibility issues.
Available: When a commission is marked as available, it means that it has passed the 40-day validation period and is ready for withdrawal. You can now request to withdraw this commission.
Withdrawing: This status indicates that you have submitted a request to withdraw your commission. The withdrawal process is underway, and the funds will be transferred to your designated account soon.
Withdrawn: This status confirms that the commission has been successfully withdrawn and the funds have been transferred to your account. The withdrawal request has been completed.

Evaluating Commissions
The following situations may result in your affiliate commission being unconverted/revoked.

1. A referred client requests a refund or cancels the server within the first 40 days.
2. A referred client is verified as a fraud. Note: If you have withdrawn the commissions from a fraud order, we will deduct the available commissions from your other referred orders.
3. Purchased products are not direct hosting products, such as SSL or Domain.
4. A false referrer-referee relationship is identified. For example, if you register multiple accounts with us and order services from each account’s affiliate links, we will treat these orders are all from you. In this situation, you will not be able to withdraw these unadmitted commissions.
5. Referred clients fail to complete the purchase within the first 24 hours after the click of the affiliate link.
6. The products are not purchased via the affiliate’s link.
