What is an Affiliate Program?

An affiliate program allows one website/individual to refer visitors to another website selling a product and get credit for any product purchased on that website from the referred visitors. So, in the case of our affiliate program, you link to our product or home page from your website, social media platforms, or groups, and we pay you a commission from each sale from the visitors you send us!
Tips: We do not provide affiliate commissions for referral SSL/domain orders due to cost constraints. You can refer as many visitors to us to get the best commissions.

Why I don't get pending commission?

  • If a referred client requests a refund or cancels the server within the first 40 days.
  • If a referred client is verified as a fraud.
  • If purchased products are not direct hosting products, such as SSL or Domain.
  • If a false referrer-referee relationship is identified.
  • If your clients fail to complete the purchase within the first 90 days after the click of the affiliate link.
  • If the products are not purchased via the affiliate’s link.

    When cannot I withdraw my affiliate commission?

    The affiliate program is for attracting new clients and enhancing our client list. If you register multiple accounts with us and order services from each account’s affiliate links, we will treat these orders are all from you. In this situation, you will not be able to withdraw these unadmitted commissions.

    How often do you pay your affiliates?

    The commission becomes available for cashing out via PayPal once it reaches $20. The commission payments can also be kept as a credits balance in your account. Payment requests can be made by sending an email to billing@databasemart.com.

    Please note an additional transfer fee will be deducted from your commissions when you withdraw money to your PayPal. Database Mart LLC does not support changing the payee account once a commission withdrawal is finished.

    How do I check how I am doing?

    After you are recruited into the program, you will be able to log in to your Affiliate account and check your sales and commission results. We will also send a monthly referral report to you on the 1st of each month.

    General and common possibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Either you or Database Mart may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn Affiliate payments during your time as an approved Affiliate.
  • Database Mart may change the promoted products or service policies and operating procedures at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account.
  • Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

    • a. Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
    b. Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
    c. Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
    d. Violation of intellectual property rights.
