We invite all Database Mart (DBM) users to share real-world experiences, performance results, and optimization tips while using our VPS hosting, Dedicated Servers, or GPU Servers. Through your story, you can:
- Help new users choose the right hosting solution
- Contribute to a practical knowledge-sharing hub
- Document your technical growth and achievements
- Promote your business and share your story with a broader audience
- And earn up to 50 reward points and early access to new products!
What Should You Share?
✅ Your Business & Hosting Needs:
Briefly introduce your company, project, or personal use case. Share what challenges you were facing and what kind of hosting solution you were looking for.
✅ Application Scenario:
Describe how you’re using the server: what apps you installed (and versions), how many instances are running, what tasks it performs (e.g., automation, multi-instance gaming, model training, data processing, etc.).
✅ Server Configuration:
Product name (e.g., Express GPU Dedicated Server - P620)
OS version (Windows Server 2019, Ubuntu 20.04, etc.)/CPU / GPU model and memory
RAM and storage details
✅ Performance Review:
Share your overall experience — is it smooth, stable, fast? Did it meet your expectations? Include insights about app performance or typical workload behavior.

Yes! Each unique use case is eligible for its own reward.You can submit up to 3 different use cases, each representing a different scenario.
Can I submit multiple stories for the same use case?
Yes, you can share updates or new insights about the same use case, but each submission must be at least 2 months apart.
When will the reward points be credited to my account?
Points are usually credited within 7–14 business days after we receive your full customer story.
