What's the difference between VPS and Dedicated Server?

A VPS shares physical hardware with other customers but runs in an isolated virtual environment with guaranteed CPU and RAM. A Dedicated Server gives you the entire physical machine. Choose Dedicated when you need consistent performance, more than 16 vCPU / 64 GB RAM, or bare-metal access (IPMI / KVM).

Can I upgrade my plan after I order?

Yes. VPS plans can be upgraded at any time from the control panel. Upgrades are applied within minutes and the difference is prorated to your next billing cycle. Dedicated Servers are not resizable — migration to a new server is required.

Which OS should I choose — Windows or Linux?

Choose Windows if you need RDP access, run MT4/MT5 forex terminals, Android emulators, PC games, use ASP.NET or SQL Server. Choose Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 recommended) for Python, Node.js, Docker, AI workloads, or any open-source stack. Linux is cheaper as there is no Windows license fee, and CUDA/deep learning frameworks are better supported on Linux.

How long does provisioning take?

VPS plans are provisioned automatically within 3–5 minutes after payment. Dedicated Servers take 2–24 hours depending on hardware availability and configuration. GPU Servers are typically ready within 20–40 minutes. Login credentials are emailed once your server is live.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fees on any VPS plan. Dedicated Servers may include a one-time provisioning fee. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract — cancel any time. Annual billing is available at a discount on request.
