Can I transfer my domain to Database Mart?

Yes, simply order the Domain which is to be transferred in the section "Register/transfer-in Domain" under the menu item "Domains"in your Control Panel. And you will need to ask your current registrar to unlock your domain and get the EPP code first before transferring the domain to us.
Please note: Domains that were newly registered within the past 2 months cannot be transferred, and domains that have had modifications or ownership transfer records within the past 2 months are also not eligible for transfer.

Why is the domain I purchased not working?

Please log in to the control panel and check whether the domain information is completed and whether the EPP code is filled in. If both are entered, but the domain is still not working, please contact our billing team, and we will assist you.

If I realize I accidentally purchased the wrong domain after placing the order, can it be changed?

If your Domain has not been activated, we can issue a refund, and you may then repurchase the correct domain. However, if your Domain has already been activated, please contact our billing team, and we will assist you accordingly.

Can I change the contact email of my domain?

Yes, but you must be able to receive emails from the original registered email address of the domain. During the update, please check for the Authorization Email sent to the original email and approve the request. If you need to make this change, please contact our billing team for assistance.

I need to transfer my domain purchased at Database Mart to another provider. Can you help?

Yes, we can help you unlock the domain. You may then proceed with the remaining transfer steps.

My domain has expired. Can I still renew it?

Once a domain expires, the website will stop working, and associated website access and email services may be interrupted. The expired domain may enter a Grace Period or a Redemption Period. Please contact our Billing Team to verify the current domain status, and we will assist you with renewal or provide further support.

Do your domains come with ID Protection?

We offer ID Protection, priced at $15 per year.

Why is the SSL certificate I purchased not working?

Please first log in to your Client Control Panel and check whether the SSL Certificate Activation is complete. If the activation is complete but the SSL certificate is still not working, please contact our Billing Team to verify the situation. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
