How to Configure Outlook
1. Create a New Account in Outlook
Open Outlook and go to: Tools → Accounts → Mail → Add.

3.4 Specifying Port numbers
Specify POP port 110 and SMTP port 25. Try port 587 as an alternate in case port 25 is blocked by an ISP.
3.5 Go Back to the Previous Page to Test the Email Settings
Close the More Settings window and click the Test Account Settings button.
3.6 Done
