Quickstart
Getting started with Database Mart is simple. Follow this guide to create your account, order a hosting service, and deploy your first server.
Step 1: Create Your Database Mart Account
Create a Database Mart account to access the customer portal and manage your services.
- Visit the Database Mart website.
- Click Sign Up to create an account.
- After completing registration, you'll be automatically redirected to the Customer Portal.
Once your account is activated, you can browse products, place orders, and manage your hosting services.
Step 2: Choose a Server
Select the hosting service that best fits your workload. Database Mart offers a variety of infrastructure solutions, including:
- Windows VPS
- Linux VPS
- Dedicated Servers
- GPU Servers
- GPU VPS
- Domain Registration
- SSL Certificates
Review the available configurations and choose the CPU, memory, storage, operating system, and billing cycle that meet your requirements.
Step 3: Place Your Order
After selecting a plan:
- Enter your server hostname and password.
- Select your preferred billing cycle.
- Review your order details.
- Complete the checkout process.
- Submit your payment.
Most VPS services are provisioned automatically within minutes after payment, while dedicated servers and certain GPU configurations may require additional deployment time.
Step 4: Access Your Server
Once your service has been activated, your server details will be available in the Customer Portal. You'll find:
- Server IP address
- Port number
- Administrator (Windows) or root (Linux) credentials
You can connect to your server using:
- Remote Desktop (RDP) for Windows servers
- SSH for Linux servers

Step 5: Manage Your Services
Use the Customer Portal to manage your infrastructure throughout its lifecycle.
You can:
- View active services
- Upgrade or renew your server
- Monitor invoices and payments
- Open technical support tickets
